1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website silentbridgearis.world and our salon marketing automation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

silentbridgearis provides salon marketing automation tools and related services designed to help beauty professionals streamline their operations, enhance client relationships, and grow their businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Client retention and loyalty management systems
• Smart scheduling and booking automation
• Performance analytics and business insights
• Automated marketing communications
• Customer support and training services

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• All trademarks and service marks are our property or our licensors

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless silentbridgearis Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns or disputes. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, we agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. Any mediation shall be conducted in Cyprus under the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability
